The pain

Certificates of analysis arrive as PDF attachments and get filed wherever the receiving inbox happens to put them. Verifying results against spec is manual, so expired, off-spec, or mis-categorized CoAs slip through, and when the auditor asks for the certificate behind a lot shipped months ago, locating and verifying it becomes a multi-day scramble.

How it works

• Inbox intake: CoAs are recognized in supplier emails and portal downloads and pulled into the Quality Center, formerly QualiNex.
• Extract and classify: lot numbers, test parameters, results, and expiry data are extracted; the certificate is matched to the product, supplier, and receipt.
• Validate against spec: results are checked against your specifications automatically; out-of-spec values, missing parameters, and expired certificates are flagged for quality review.
• File and link: every CoA is stored linked to its lot, PO, and receipt, searchable in seconds.
